Currently I am only offering 12 inch x 16 inch = 300mm x 400mm prints.

These are offered as Quality Prints and Digital Downloads.

Quality Prints are 35€
Digital Downloads are 15€

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS INCLUDED!!! I do not charge you for shipping, no matter which country you live in, and no matter how many items you purchase.

The Quality Prints specifications are as follows: 

• Museum-quality posters made on thick and durable matte paper.
• 300mm x 400mm (12" x 16")
• Paper thickness: 10.3 mil
• Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²)
• Giclée printing quality
• Opacity: 94%

Digital Downloads:
• 300mm x400mm
• 300dpi
• RGB jpeg

All digital download sales are final.

If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damaged box.

Your privacy matters. My shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout.Payments are processed by Stripe and Paypal which have high level security in place on all transactions. Your information will not be used by me for anything other than contacting you with the occasional update to terms or products. No info shall be passed along to 3rd parties.

Delivery
• When will I get my order?
Fulfillment - 3-7 days depending on location
Estimated shipping times - USA: 5-8 days. International: 10-20 days.

• Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with worldwide facilities.

• Will I be charged customs and duty?
Customs and duty policies vary for each country and are not within my control. Please check your local customs office.

• My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
-check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
-ask your local post office if they have your package.
-ask neighbours in case of delivery error.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with me support@markharfield.com with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, however shipping will be at your own cost. 

Orders

• How are your products made?
I work with a reliable, high-quality print on demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

• I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I am sorry if this is the case and to help resolve this please email me at support@markharfield.com within a week of receiving the wrong/damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about the order. I will respond and resolve this asap.

Returns
We don't offer returns and exchanges, however if there is something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at support@markharfield.com

• Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at support@markharfield.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I will sort this out for you.
